Role Overview We are looking for a Telecaller & Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for engaging with potential tenants, explaining our offerings, and ensuring smooth lead conversion. The role also involves generating new leads through social media outreach. Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with leads provided by the company. Explain co-living offerings, pricing, and amenities to prospects. Maintain a daily call log and update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets. Proactively generate leads through: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn outreach Posting and engaging in student/working professional groups Basic local networking (brokers, PG portals, community groups) Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested tenants. Work closely with the sales/operations team to ensure lead-to-conversion. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service (real estate/PG/hostel experience preferred). Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi. Basic knowledge of social media lead generation. Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven. Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and WhatsApp communication.
