Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations. Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments. Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and purchase invoices. Record daily transactions, including cash and bank entries. Perform GST filing, TDS calculations, and other tax-related compliance. Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports. Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and salary sheet preparation. Handle stock and inventory accounting. Coordinate with auditors for tax filings and financial audits. Manage petty cash transactions and expense tracking. Required Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in accounting. (This is a must) Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (Mandatory). Experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data management). Knowledge of accounting software/tools is an added advantage.
