Key Responsibilities

• Perform various spa treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa areas
• Follow all spa policies and legal guidelines on hygiene and sterilization
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Recommend spa products and treatments to clients
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Minimum Secondary (10th Pass) or Diploma in Beauty/Spa Therapy
• 1-2 years of experience as a spa therapist (freshers with certification may also apply)
• Good massage and spa treatment skills
• Knowledge of various spa techniques and treatments
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred:

• Certification in massage therapy or cosmetology
• Experience in a reputed spa or wellness center
• Knowledge of multiple massage techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,656.91 - ₹33,324.92 per month
