Job Description

Purpose Of Position/Job : -

  • We are seeking a highly experienced SP3D Administrator to have experience in Multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge, SP3D project setup, customization, administration, trouble shooting, user level training and mentoring, 3D model reviews, inter discipline coordination, customer communication, Engineering Software knowledge

Responsibilities: -

  • Should have experience in Multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge, SP3D project setup, customization, administration, trouble shooting, user level training and mentoring, 3D model reviews, inter discipline coordination, customer communication, Engineering Software knowledge.

Technical :

  • Shall have knowledge in International codes and Practices.
  • Software loading
  • Project setup
  • Day-to day administrative activities like project archival, retrieval, back up etc.,
  • Piping Spec Customization
  • Specialty Items, assemblies etc., customization
  • Various border file customization
  • Various reports like Interference, MTO, Line list, design parameters, insulation
  • Design Review file generation and walkthrough
  • Conducting Design reviews with client
  • Option file setting for Isometric
  • Trouble shooting of SP3D user level and advance user level problems
  • User level training and mentoring
  • Coordination of inter discipline activities
  • Conducting training to client and internal training
  • Awareness to Quality systems like ISO:9001
  • SP3D administration hands on experience
  • Aveva Review/ Navis Works
  • AutoCAD experince
  • MS-Office skills are a must.
  • Having knowledge of Multi-disciplinary engineering deliverables and activities
  • Engineering Software awareness
  • International Codes knowledge
  • Awareness to Quality systems like ISO:9001

  • Able to manage internal and external communications
  • Should have good English written and oral communication
  • Fluency in written and oral communication

Planning and Organizational Skills : -

  • Ability to manage working in completing schedules,
  • coordination with technical team in a busy environment.
  • Proven capacity to plan ahead, factor multiple variables, use own initiative in planning tasks
  • Teamwork
  • Proven ability to work effectively within multi discipline teams, setting clear goals, coordinating work with colleagues; with flexibility, negotiation and providing advice to other members of the team
