The candidate must have strong hands-on skills, knowledge of mechanical components, and experience in machine proving and commissioning at customer sites. Responsibilities Assembly & Integration: Carry out mechanical assembly of SPMs as per engineering drawings. Assemble, align, and integrate sub-assemblies such as fixtures, conveyors, servo pressing units, glue dispensing machines, and leak testing stations. Ensure proper alignment, torqueing, and functional accuracy of all assemblies. Technical Expertise: Read and interpret 2D/3D mechanical drawings, BOMs, and assembly guidelines. Knowledge of linear motion elements, bearings, rails, sprockets, guide rods, chains, and couplings Understanding of leak testing process, servo press machines, glue dispensing systems, and conveyors. Basic knowledge of machining processes (drilling, tapping, grinding, etc.) for rework/adjustments. Machine Prove-Out & Quality: Responsible for complete prove-out of machines as per customer requirements. Conduct functional trials, debugging, and validation of SPM performance.
