Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of traditional South Indian dishes .
  • Follow standard recipes and instructions provided by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
  • Perform basic mise-en-place tasks (cutting vegetables, grinding spices, etc.).
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and ingredients.
  • Assist in setting up buffet counters or live cooking stations, when required.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth food service.
  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Adhere to all food safety and kitchen safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
