We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Web Designer and developer with expertise in WordPress development, server management, cyber security, SEO, and digital marketing integrations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, an eye for detail, and exceptional English communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients. This is an individual contributor role. The role provides exposure to WordPress development, web security, server management, SEO, and digital marketing integrations , offering an excellent foundation for career progression in both technical and hybrid digital roles Key Responsibilities Website Development & Maintenance Develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using CSS, Flexbox, Bootstrap, and JavaScript . Work with PHP for backend customization and advanced functionalities. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile optimization. Server & Hosting Management Manage cPanel , web hosting environments, and server configurations. Implement server security best practices to ensure website protection. Apply cyber security fundamentals, including SSL, firewalls, and malware prevention. Monitor website uptime, backups, and performance optimization. Database Management Work with MySQL databases for site integrations and optimizations. Ensure efficient database structure, performance tuning, and security. Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and analytics for campaign monitoring. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Optimize websites for search engines (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO). Monitor and analyze site performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console , and other SEO tools. Digital Marketing Integration Coordinate social media advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Implement and manage tracking pixels, conversion tags, and event tracking . Collaboration & Communication Work closely with designers, marketers, and content teams to implement changes. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Provide timely updates and reports on project status. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise: WordPress (custom themes & plugins) PHP, JavaScript, CSS, Flexbox, Bootstrap MySQL Database management cPanel, Web hosting administration Server Security (SSL, firewalls, malware prevention) Marketing & Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console SEO optimization techniques Social media advertising integrations Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English (verbal & written) Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and time management Preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (up to 16 years accepted). Proven portfolio of WordPress websites, SEO results, and campaign integration. Prior experience in managing server security, backups, and performance tuning .
