The South Indian CDP is responsible for preparing and presenting authentic South Indian dishes while managing a specific kitchen section. The role ensures food quality, consistency, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, curries, and chutneys
• Manage the South Indian section of the kitchen independently
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Prepare mise en place and ensure timely service
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Train and supervise commis chefs or kitchen helpers
• Follow standard recipes and portion control

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a South Indian CDP or similar role
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
