Position- Recruiter - Non-IT (Pan India) Location- Gurugram Type of Job- Off roll Industry Preferred- FMCG/FMCD/Telecom/Retail/Non-IT Consulting Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs. Source high-quality candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal databases & referrals. Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired and hard-to-fill roles in consumer electronics & Mobile div. Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate fit based on role requirements. Responsible for Scheduling interviews and getting a final selection completed. Ensure timely completion of documentation and pre onboarding formalities for selected candidates. Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for effective sourcing and pipeline management. Track and report sourcing metrics: conversion rates, time-to-source, and talent pool quality.
