Sourcing & Cat Enablement Analyst

As a Sourcing & Cat Enablement Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Supplier Assure powered by SynOps team within Accenture Operations Procurement, Supply Chain and Network (PSN) business vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to manage strategic supplier or subcontractor relationships critical to Accenture's internal and external operations. Your core duties will include understanding Supplier Assure processes aligned with the deal framework, conducting supplier risk assessments, and ensuring service requests are completed within agreed SLAs/KPIs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to drive high-performance, stakeholder management, and adherence to Accenture's policies and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage one or more strategic supplier or subcontractor relationships - Understand and execute Supplier Assure processes effectively - Conduct supplier risk assessments and prioritize mitigation strategies - Categorize suppliers based on impact and associated risks - Verify vendor compliance with Accenture's policies and guidelines - Ensure timely completion of service requests within SLAs/KPIs - Run day-to-day operations to ensure high-performance and error-free delivery - Manage external and internal stakeholders effectively - Adhere strictly to Accenture's policies on people/HR, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Bribery, and Client Data Protection Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Supplier Risk Management or Procurement domain - Experience in client-facing roles, Business Operations Management, and working with virtual teams - Good understanding of Third Party Risk Management, Supplier segmentation, Supplier due diligence, and Service request fulfilment - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior internal and client leadership - Intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Office tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Visio In this role, you will analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, interact with peers within Accenture, receive moderate level instructions on daily tasks, and detailed instructions on new assignments.
