We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Export Marketing Specialist to manage the complete export cyclefrom market research and lead generation to handling export documentation and compliance. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for international trade and a strong drive to take Indian products global. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research to identify and engage international buyers. Utilize databases like Volza to generate and qualify sales leads. Build and nurture business relationships through direct communication (calls/emails). Manage all aspects of export documentation with strict compliance to international trade regulations. Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports using MS Excel and MS Word . Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and export strategies. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in export marketing, international business development, or related sales. Strong working knowledge of export documentation and compliance procedures . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Self-driven, independent, and detail-oriented professional. Prior experience in agri commodities or sustainable products is highly preferred. Compensation Probation (First 3 months): 30,000/month (fixed). Post-Probation: 40,000/month (fixed) + performance-based incentives. Work Schedule Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
