Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals. 2. Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications. 4. Design & managing all in-house magazines & newspaper ads. 5. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts which include backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboard, posters, and other graphics. 6. Video Editing and creating brand videos and corporate presentations. 7. Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. 8. Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to create expressive graphics producing high-quality designs for the company. 9. Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers' needs.
