Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Surveyor, located in Kolkata. The Licensed Surveyor will be responsible for conducting marine surveys, inspections, and risk assessments. Day-to-day tasks include loss adjusting, reporting, liasioning and providing high-quality survey services. The role also involves collaborating with a team of experts and professionals to ensure effective claims handling and maintaining regulatory compliance. Qualifications Experience in marine and property surveys, inspections, and risk assessments Expertise in loss adjusting and repair monitoring Strong consultation and claims handling skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards Bachelor's degree in Engg a or equivalent qualification in Insurance & Risk management Relevant certifications and IRDAI license holder in Marine, Fire, Engg & Misc, Hull (any one/ all) Prior experience in the industry is a plus Candidates with enterprenural skills prefferd. Team Player able to achive set targets as well as motivate, mentor other team mates would be great.
