The tour to USA was very good except for boat ride in Grand Canyon was not available. Shilpa Rana was very helpful in guiding and booking etc.

One of the worst experience with SOTC, driver was not good at all, only time boundation. Never ever book package from any travel agency. They didnt contacted us after receiving the money.

SOTC workers/officials are totally unprofessional. They do not fulfil the commitment given at the time of booking of tour, even if it is given in writing. No one listens to your grievance and do not try to help the customer.
