Based in India, we create standout apparel, perfumes, and leather goods for a new generation of creators. Think minimal, high-impact drops with a cult following — built in-house and worn worldwide. What we’re looking for: We’re on the hunt for a freelance performance marketer who’s data-obsessed, ROI-driven, and thrives on scaling D2C brands. You’ll work closely with our team to strategize and execute ad campaigns that convert. Responsibilities : Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and more. Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights. Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS. Suggest and A/B test creatives, hooks, and landing pages. Stay on top of trends, updates, and platform changes. You should have: 3+ years of experience in D2C paid marketing. Proven results in scaling revenue through Meta/Google Ads. A deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.). Strong reporting and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership.
