Role & responsibilities As our Store Manager, you will be the face of Sorele in the physical world. From managing daily operations to delivering an exceptional customer experience, youll play a key role in shaping how customers perceive and engage with our brand in-store. Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Sales Oversee day-to-day operations of the Indiranagar store Drive in-store sales and meet monthly revenue targets Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand aesthetics and guidelines Manage POS system, inventory, and billing procedures Team Management Hire, train, and supervise store staff Build a motivated and well-informed team focused on customer delight Schedule shifts and ensure smooth coordination Customer Experience Offer a warm, consultative, and memorable shopping experience Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations gracefully Build relationships with loyal and walk-in customers Brand Alignment Maintain store ambiance as per brand standards Educate staff and customers on new collections, materials, and styling Support offline events, pop-ups, and influencer visits Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 35 years experience in luxury or premium retail (jewelry, fashion, lifestyle preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership qualities with a people-first mindset Strong operational and problem-solving skills Passionate about design, aesthetics, and customer connection Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools What You’ll LoveWorking with a purpose-led, modern Indian brand Being part of a launch story and shaping customer experience from Day 1 Collaborative and creative work culture Employee discounts and growth opportunities Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in Sales 3+ years of managing retail store and team 5+ years of retail operations experience Experience in Fashion and jewellery (optional but preferred)

Role & responsibilities As a Sales Associate , youll be the face of the Sorele boutique — responsible for creating a warm, personal, and inspiring in-store experience. You will guide customers through the collections, help them discover meaningful pieces, and represent the values and voice of our brand. Provide exceptional, personalized service to every customer who walks into the store Build strong client relationships through product knowledge, storytelling, and active listening Understand the Sorele product range in depth, including materials, meaning, and styling possibilities Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and in-store presentation Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment Process sales through POS systems accurately and efficiently Support in-store events, product launches, and clienteling initiatives Contribute to meeting and exceeding store sales targets Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience in Sales 2+ years of retail operations experience Experience in Fashion and jewellery (optional but preferred)
