We have an exciting opportunity within the Retail Operations Stores department based in Gurgaon. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the P&L of the Region, with a focus on revenue margins, profitability, operations, planning, enhancing customer experience, and implementing marketing campaigns to drive results. Your role will involve solving key business problems, participating in strategy formulation and execution, and contributing valuable insights to the core team. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business growth within the region - Lead and execute the overall strategy, market growth, and operations - Implement key business initiatives such as events and new store selection - Foster team building and brand growth through continuous ideation - Achieve revenue targets, control costs, and ensure adherence to Company SOPs - Improve key metrics like Same Store Sales Growth, Customer retention, and NPS - Streamline and monitor SOPs for better control - Act as a single point of contact for dispute resolution with aggregators - Collaborate with various teams to resolve disputes in the best interest of customers and the company - Ensure operational efficiency, store uptime, and quality restaurant ranking on relevant platforms - Communicate business plans to store teams for maximum returns - Analyze risks and opportunities, highlighting them to the business head for timely action - Envision and execute actions to achieve end solutions Requirements: - 8 to 12 years of experience with an MBA - Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proven experience in P&L Management and team leadership - Forward-thinking mindset for market scanning and business development - Operations expertise with a focus on people orientation - Ability to work under strict deadlines and lead the sales force in retail stores - Commitment to exceptional customer service and process-oriented work culture - Sales & Marketing experience is advantageous Preferred Industry Experience: - QSR/Fast Food - Casual Dining - Fast-Casual Concepts - Large consumer retail brands - F&B Brands Join us at Chai Point and be part of a dynamic team where your skills and passion can make a real difference in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.,
