Role & responsibilities 1. Plan and execute Sales and Marketing strategy with passion to deliver business of company from the existing Specification Pipeline. 2. Take complete ownership and responsibility of key projects; To build a strong specification/sales pipeline of projects. 3. Drive projects from Solution to Execution (Technical Solutions) by engaging all stakeholders. Build and nurture relationships with leading Contractors, Applicators, Architects, Consultants, Designers and Key Decision Makers in government as well as private sector. 4. Associate with key applicators to execute projects. 5. Conduct technical seminars for end customers. Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate must have business development and sales experience, including proven experience in building materials sector as well as specification/value selling in the industry. Passion to excel, with proven track record in achieving outstanding results. Bachelors in Engineering (Civil Preferred) and/or MBA from a premier institute 4+ years of work experience. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Job Responsibilities: Manage inward & outward material, stock records, and store operations. Ensure timely issue of raw & packaging material to production. Plan and coordinate dispatches for domestic and international customers. Handle transporter coordination, freight negotiation, and shipment tracking. Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.). Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders for exports. Ensure compliance with customs and statutory regulations (GST, E-way bills, export rules). Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and support audits.
