Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Fuji Elevator Co. is seeking energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team, for the Mumbai Western Region. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the elevator or related industry, and will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within their designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned area (Mumbai Western), including builders, property managers, contractors, and Societies. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Fuji Elevator Co.’s products and services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs. Work independently to manage sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals. Meet or exceed sales targets by developing effective sales strategies tailored to the specific area. Requirements: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) and have a valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the elevator industry or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage sales activities within the designated territory. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Existing network within the building management, construction, or real estate sectors in Mumbai area.
