Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Saharanpur. The Operations Executive will manage and oversee daily operational activities, coordinate with different teams, supervise project execution, and ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, streamlining workflows, and providing both strategic and practical solutions to improve performance and achieve business goals. Collaboration with team members and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders are key to this role. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to collaborate effectively with team members, partners, and clients. Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to effectively oversee daily processes and workflows. Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to analyze operational challenges and implement efficient solutions. Ability to handle multitasking and prioritize tasks to meet organizational objectives and deadlines. Previous experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
