Location - Hisar Rohtak Gurgaon Faridabad Bhiwani Ambala Karnal Panipat/Sonipat Role & responsibilities Drive primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory. Identify and appoint new distributors and super stockists in potential markets to strengthen the channel network. Ensure regular stock availability at distributor and retailer level. Monitor and push movement of SKUs as per company focus. Ensure compliance with credit norms, timely collection, and claim settlement. Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years of GT sales experience in FMCG / OTC / hygiene / personal care sector. Proven experience in primary & secondary sales management. Hands-on experience in appointing and handling distributors & super stockists. Strong interpersonal skills and local market understanding. Comfortable with basic tech tools Excel, reporting apps, etc.
