Role & responsibilities : Promote the hospital's multi-specialty services to doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other potential referrers. Regularly visit and build rapport with general practitioners, specialists, and corporate wellness managers to generate patient referrals Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the assigned territory. Assist in organizing and attending health camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), medical awareness sessions, and corporate wellness programs. Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to convert them into business. Maintain a database of referring doctors and key contacts with periodic engagement. Work closely with the marketing team on local promotions, advertising campaigns, and brand visibility. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and address client queries and concerns promptly. Preferred candidate profile : Graduate from any stream. 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or marketing. Willingness to travel locally for field visits and client meetings. Knowledge of the local healthcare market and hospital services. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage. 6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
