The Front Office Executive primarily supervises front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations, producing excellent guest feedback and satisfaction. The role involves responding to guests in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information and services. The Executive also ensures that all hotel charges are processed diligently to guest accounts, invoices are accurate, billing instructions are verified, and all supporting bills and vouchers are properly attached for direct settlements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and welcome all guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, reflecting the Ayurvedic hospitality . Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently in accordance with resort standards. Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations. Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns. Coordinate with Ayurveda doctors, therapists, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams for smooth guest experience.. Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures. Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service. Manage telephone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Ensure the front office area is neat, organized, and welcoming at all times. Handle billing, cash transactions, and foreign exchange as per resort policy. PREREQUISITES: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Experience of motivating and leading a winning team. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. EDUCATION: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management , Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as Front Office Associate / Front office cashier in a hospitality industry . Male candidates preffered. They make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls. They install new air-conditioning systems and equipment. They clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.
