They are fraud people. Don't buy somany tiles. Also they dont have tiles which are in showroom. Also they will tell you less price and then give you high price. Worst experience in somany experience centre madhapur, Hyderabad. Specifically there person Narendra who is responsible for sales he is not at all good

Decent selection of tilesand helpful. Staff however is not very proactive once the order has been placed. They consider it the customer's responsibility to chase them to fulfill the order. Would be great if they had a real time update on the stock and delivery.
