Solutions Lead - Commercial & Specialty Insurance

As the Subject Matter Expert for clients, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Gen AI needs, including senior executives, to understand their requirements and provide customized generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for leading multiple generative AI projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results by defining project deliverables, timelines, and methodologies. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of AI specialists, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment. Your role will involve designing and implementing advanced generative AI models like GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based models to address intricate business challenges. You will also contribute to thought leadership in generative AI, offering strategic insights to drive innovation and best practices within the organization. It is essential to stay updated on the latest developments in generative AI and machine learning, integrating state-of-the-art technologies into projects. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Master's or PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields from esteemed institutions. With at least 8 years of experience in AI and machine learning, focusing on generative AI, deep learning, and NLP, you must have a proven track record of successfully delivering generative AI projects. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required, along with experience in large-scale data processing and model deployment. Relevant certifications in AI and machine learning, such as TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, or similar, are preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role. A deep understanding of industry trends and challenges in generative AI and machine learning will be advantageous.,
