Solutions Implementation Consultant

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include improving product development processes by deploying out-of-the-box solutions and identifying areas for enhancement within current business processes. You will be responsible for developing written specifications to capture business process requirements for PTC solutions and coordinating tasks among project members. Your role will involve analyzing and documenting customer requirements, contributing to solution design and delivery, and mapping customer processes to technology. Furthermore, you will lead the creation of project deliverables, engage with customers to drive alignment and execution, and optimize information technology support for defined working practices. You will also be involved in conducting FlexPLM Configuration to enhance operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience guiding clients in the design and architecture of Retail PLM platforms. Availability for a consistent rate of overnight travel, consulting experience in retail, engineering, or manufacturing environments, and knowledge of Product Lifecycle Development processes are essential. Proficiency in Java, Javascript, and HTML5 programming languages is also required.
