Mandatory Skills for this job are: Windows, Intune, Patching, Citrix, VMware ESX Key Responsibilities: Manage, configure, and maintain Windows servers and systems across the enterprise. Administer and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, and application deployment. Perform regular system patching, updates, and security hardening to maintain compliance and performance. Administer Citrix environments , including application and desktop virtualization, user access, and performance optimization. Maintain and monitor VMware ESX/vSphere infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and network configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues and infrastructure-related incidents. Implement and document standard operating procedures and system configurations. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security. Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance as required.
