Your role will involve driving sales and business development activities for Consyst's innovative Digitalization & Control System Integration Solutions tailored for industries and infrastructure businesses. Collaborate with the pre-sales team to respond to RFQs from customers by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen. Bridge the gap between the pre-sales team and sales lead to deliver compelling proposals and quotations seamlessly to clients. Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to expertly present and demonstrate how Consyst's solutions align with customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and nurture potential leads and opportunities in the digitalization/automation system integration space. - Build strong relationships with key customers, including End Users, Partners, EPCs, and OEMs, ensuring effective communication and marketing. - Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and quotations, highlighting the value proposition of Consyst's solutions. - Meet and exceed sales targets, improve the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and conversion efforts. - Collaborate with the backend support team to tailor solution proposals to each customer's unique needs. - Lead engaging meetings with potential customers, actively listening to understand their requirements. - Maintain up-to-date sales data in the ERP system and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Professional Qualifications and Personal Attributes: - Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or instrumentation engineering. - 1-2 years of experience in Industrial Automation Solution Sales/IIoT Solution Sales. - Strong desire to excel in the sales domain. - Excellent presentation skills to communicate solutions effectively. - Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
