Solution Planning Lead

As a Solution Planning Lead, you will be responsible for interpreting and translating client requirements into a solution configured from a standard set of offerings. Your typical day will involve driving the sign-off on the solution and interfacing with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services, and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the solution meets client requirements and is delivered on time and within budget. Furthermore, you will provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate for this role must possess strong experience in Solution Architecture, Oracle PLSQL, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language, and Java. You will conduct detailed requirements analysis workshops with customers, define solution approaches, architecture designs, and migration strategies. Working closely with the delivery team, you will support project execution and architecture/solution reviews. It is crucial to drive the creation of reusable components, frameworks, methodologies, and models. Additionally, you will be responsible for capturing and managing risks, issues, and assumptions identified through the lifecycle, articulating the impacts associated with these concerns. High-level mentoring of design & development teams to embed architectural framework and best practices is also a key aspect of this role. The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. An ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
