Solution Manager-MES

You will be joining as a Solution Manager in MES (Manufacturing Execution System/ Factory Application) based in Chennai. As a Flex Future factory Solution Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development, integration, and delivery of applications supporting factory production, maintenance, quality management, and real-time operational decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with manufacturing teams, EIT, and external vendors to enhance operational performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Global Capability Owners, Site production teams, and Future factory Stream leads to gather operational requirements. - Ensuring that solutions align with manufacturing standards and industry best practices. - Overseeing the end-to-end development of factory applications, including design, development, configuration, testing, and go-live support. - Managing the delivery sprints to ensure completion on time, within scope, and within budget. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of applications into existing factory processes. - Acting as the main point of contact for factory system issues and improvement initiatives. - Conducting risk assessments related to factory applications and developing mitigation strategies. - Coordinating with vendors and software providers for system integration, upgrades, and deliverables. - Promoting continuous improvement by analyzing operational data and recommending new tools or enhancements. - Keeping updated on emerging manufacturing technologies and industry trends. In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related fields. - 10+ years of proven experience in IT, MES, and Factory Operations. - Proficiency in Solutioning & Delivery Management. - End-to-End Factory Operations Knowledge. - Good to have ERP knowledge. - Day Shift availability. - Individual Contributor role.
