Role Overview: As an Architect in the Corporate Technology Architecture team, you will play a crucial role in governing digital and marketing platforms and roadmap across the organization. Your main responsibility will be to guide, advise, and recommend the evolution of the digital landscape over the coming years while supporting the delivery teams in offering outstanding solutions. Your communication skills and knowledge of digital and marketing technologies will be essential to interact optimally with business partners and provide technical leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand functional and non-functional requirements and work effectively with other multi-functional teams. - Provide strategic guidance to internal teams for maximizing their digital marketing effectiveness. - Contribute to customers" digital marketing strategies based on industry standard methodologies. - Ensure all architects in the domain understand the architecture principles, policies, and standards to produce function-specific reference architectures and solutions, and ensure adherence to these. - Partner with members of Corporate Technology leadership to influence the adoption of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, standards, and policies. - Improve relationships with vendors, regulators, and industry bodies to embrace industry standard methodologies in enterprise architecture and technology strategy. - Define the end-to-end solution & design in collaboration with other architects, covering all systems, data, integration, security, and non-functional requirements. - Manage the quality and work efficiency of a team of architects across the corporate technology domain to define and deliver end-to-end architecture solutions aligned with the strategy and roadmaps. - Ensure all solutions follow Corporate Technology and enterprise solution standards, align with the overall roadmap, have good quality documentation, and follow all relevant governance steps. - Drive and establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for key strategic platforms in the domain, such as Adobe Experience Manager. - Assist project teams in sizing & estimating project implementation and identifying resources and abilities needed for solution delivery. Qualifications Required: - Detailed knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Cloud, and Security. - Experience in architecting, delivering, and supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Media, Enterprise Search Solutions like Apache Solr, Elastic Search, and Cloud platforms (AWS preferred). - Understanding of end-to-end DevOps tools and processes. - Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and standard methodologies, such as personalization, cross-channel marketing, mobile, and data-driven optimization of experiences.
