Solution Architect - Microservices Architecture

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for owning the solution architecture and design for enterprise-scale, mission-critical applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and enforcing architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices across teams. - Providing leadership in designing and building scalable Java / Spring Boot / Microservices-based solutions. - Leading and mentoring multiple development teams to ensure effective delivery and adherence to architectural standards. - Driving the adoption of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for modern application deployments. - Collaborating with senior stakeholders, product managers, and business leaders to align technology solutions with business goals. - Conducting solutioning exercises, RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, and client workshops. - Ensuring that solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, performance, security, and compliance. - Staying current with emerging technologies and evaluating their applicability for organizational needs. The qualifications required for this role include: - 15+ years of IT experience, with 5-7 years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture roles. - Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful APIs. - Proven experience in designing Microservices architecture and distributed systems. - In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration platforms. - Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP). - Strong exposure to DevOps pipelines (CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube, etc.). - Demonstrated team handling and leadership skills, with experience in guiding large engineering teams. - Ability to create and present HLDs, LLDs, and technical solution documents. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. It is good to have exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ), experience with API Gateway, Service Mesh, and enterprise security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, SAML), certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, or TOGAF, and experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Your educational background should include a Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,
