Working closely with all departments across the organization , you'll be instrumental in supporting our operations and finance teams. A key part of your role will involve engaging directly with insurers , understanding their pain points, and transforming those needs into practical, cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities · Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve operational challenges , significantly enhancing their efficiency and overall effectiveness. This involves a proactive approach to streamline workflows and implement improvements that directly impact daily performance. · Partner with the finance department to address and resolve all billing-related issues , providing essential support to ensure accurate and timely financial processes. Your role here is crucial in maintaining smooth financial operations. · Design and implement innovative, cutting-edge solutions aimed at strengthening relationships and improving interactions with insurers. This means driving forward new technologies or strategies that create better engagement and outcomes. · Provide comprehensive support to your immediate team , fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the department operates seamlessly. You'll be a key player in maintaining productivity and a positive team dynamic. Qualifications Required: · A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MCA is essential. · You should have 7-8 years of progressive experience, including significant time spent leading technical teams and building robust solutions. · Expert-level command of Python and Java is a must. · Demonstrated exposure to and practical experience with AWS and Kubernetes is required. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for this role. · Familiarity with front-end technologies will be considered an asset.
