We are creating a strategic solution architecture horizontal team to own, translate, and drive this vision into various verticals, business or technology capability block owners and strategic projects. We are looking for a Cloud solution architect with over 10 years of experience. The responsibilities include: - Defining, documenting, communicating, and implementing technical and architectural requirements for current and next-generation systems in a Service-Oriented environment. - Designing and developing software integration between applications using TIBCO Business Works and EMS (or other messaging software). - Specifying and providing ownership of reusable application components or services. - Providing architectural oversight for integration projects. - Collaborating with business process owners to ensure application-level software services are derived from and consistent with the business object model and business strategy. - Supporting SOA initiatives and governance. The ideal candidate should have: - Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science or Management Information Systems. - Total experience of 12+ years with 5+ years of experience in designing application architectures and TIBCO integration. - Experience in TIBCO BW integration at an enterprise level with knowledge of Business Events and Active Spaces being a plus. - Experience in RESTful services and sound understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Service-Oriented Architecture. - Good Java experience/knowledge and familiarity with Oracle (or other RDBMS) database and application server development. - Proficiency in XML technologies such as XSD, XLST, XPATH. - Understanding of application architecture models and web architectures, with Java and Spring experience being preferred. - Experience in A2A and B2B integration architectures and applying appropriate integration topologies. - Experience with multi-cultural/national implementations. - Strong communication skills in English, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
