Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at Astellas, you will leverage your expertise in business applications, platforms, capabilities, and processes to design, implement, and innovate solutions that optimize the technology architecture landscape. Your role will be crucial in driving the Astellas Digital Strategy, especially in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Data Science. - Minimum of 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in developing, integrating, and architecting AI solutions covering Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI. - Strong technical proficiency in software development with expertise in multiple programming languages like Java, C#/C++, Python. - Deep understanding of agile architectural principles, design patterns, microservices, API design, and Agile/DevOps methodologies. - Experience implementing Cloud agnostic AIOps platforms and architectures (Databricks, Snowflake, Valohai, MLFlow) for transparent AI models and systems. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and datasets to create optimal technology solutions, along with strong problem-solving skills. - Understanding of responsible AI principles, frameworks, and effective AI governance models, as well as knowledge of legislation like the EU AI Act. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead development teams. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices. - Certifications in specific technologies, architecture frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies can be beneficial. - Knowledge of Software Lifecycle Management, Testing, and Validation processes.
