Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer located in Nagapattinam. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking processes, developing visual designs, and creating prototypes. Day-to-day tasks include designing user interfaces, optimizing user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best user-centered designs. Qualifications Proficiency in User Research techniques Experience with Design Thinking methods Skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) design Ability to create detailed Prototyping Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work on-site in Nagapattinam Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Experience in social media platforms or app development is a plus
