With a team of highly skilled professionals, Solique offers invaluable support to Corporates comprising Global as well as Indian MNEs and HNIs.Position Summary:As Solique Accounting Services, a venture of Solique Advisors, continues its expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, updating financial records, preparing quarterly budgets, analyzing financial statements, and supporting audits.Responsibilities:Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and confirming the validity of invoices by performing the 3-way match.Maintain accounts receivable, raise invoices along with adequate support documentation.Experience in handling customer / vendor master data management.Reading through Key Contracts and preparing accounting milestones / memos for timely revenue recognition.Update financial records using accounting software including Zoho Books and QuickBooks.Ability to manage accounting provisions, expense accruals and month close works.Ability to manage employee expense reimbursements.Gather payroll expenses and input them into appropriate entries.Prepare quarterly budgets under the supervision of senior management.Analyse financial statements and prepare P&L / balance sheets and Report on the status of accounts and discrepancies.Reconcile bank statements and track bank deposits and payments.Handling auditors by providing adequate supporting documentation and ability to respond to queries in a timely manner.Personal Attributes and Experience:Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Word, Excel, and PPT).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.Excellent skills to manage helpdesk queries from vendors/customers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Zeal for learning and personal development.Qualifications:Accounting graduation is a must. PG is desirable though not essential.At least 2 years experience in any of the above roles / activities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in various accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.Strong commitment and willingness to work in a start-up mode.Language:English (sound proficiency)knowledge of Tamil is preferred.Compensation and Bonus:open to rewarding the right candidate commensurate with their expertise, experience, and potential.
