What You’ll Do Lead development across both web and mobile apps Manage a team of engineers and ensure quality, timelines, and delivery Own the architecture and hands-on coding across the stack Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders Set development standards and mentor junior devs What We Expect 5+ years of hands-on experience with: Next.js TypeScript React Native Node.js Strong command over both front-end and back-end workflows Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices Proven experience in leading dev teams Comfortable interfacing with clients and managing projects Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills Bonus Experience with databases, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), or DevOps is a plus
