Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team selling high-quality Zincalume water tanks. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads from the office, nurturing prospects, and contributing to our company's growth. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and a desire to meet and exceed sales targets. About our product Zincalume tanks are known for their exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, thanks to a special steel coating of 55% aluminum and 43.5% zinc. This makes them an ideal and long-lasting solution for various water storage needs, including industrial, agricultural, and fire safety applications. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and industries that require large-capacity water storage solutions. Use tools like Google Maps and online directories to mine quality leads. Prospecting: Engage with potential customers through cold calling, emails, and other virtual communication methods to generate interest and qualify leads. Sales Cycle Management: Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the deal. Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Zincalume tanks, their benefits, and pricing to effectively answer questions and conduct virtual product presentations. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prepare sales agreements to meet both customer needs and company goals. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Performance: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in an Inside Sales or lead generation role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of audiences. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools, including Google Maps research. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a goal-oriented environment. High level of self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Experience in water tank, pipe, or related industrial product sales is a plus.
