Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Oversee HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance. Manage and improve the onboarding and offboarding processes. Foster a positive working environment and company culture.
