Your responsibilities: Evaluation of suppliers offers and vendor documentation. Understanding and reviewing technical specifications and drawings. Developing wiring, arrangement, layout diagrams and Bill of Material for systems Selection and sizing of instruments such as analyzers, solenoid valves, limit, pressure & level switches, pressure transmitters and flow instruments Cable level segregation, conduit and cable tray selection and sizing Selection and sizing of appropriate Power and Control cables and junction boxes for hazardous zones and non-hazard zones Developing a comprehensive system by interacting with interdisciplinary interfaces such as Mechanical, Controls, Sourcing and Installation & Field Services teams Building system and sub-systems to meet ISA, ASME, IEC, UL, CE, NEC, and ATEX standards. Tools: Proficiency with at least one of the tools will be added advantage Design: AutoCAD, SPI, COMOS Calculations: CONVAL, INSTRUCALC

Calculation, BOM, Prototypes, Instruction manual/testing procedure, etc, Required Candidate profile BE-Mech with 15-20 yrs exp in Order Engg/NPD for Actuators, valves, Cylinder, simulation &PDM, knowledge of mechanical design &strengths of materials. good knowledge of using 3D/AD Solidworks, AutoCAD

Role and Responsibilities 1. Designing and analyzing hydraulic systems include a regulated source of pressurized hydraulic fluid including an electric pump, a filter and an accumulator, a pair of pressure control valves and a branching hydraulic circuit including pressure. 2. Design and development of hydraulic unit parts like Hydraulic control until, oil cooler, suction filters, vane pump , solenoid valve etc. (automotive industry experience will be preferred). 3. Performing hydraulic calculations, simulations, and modeling to predict the behaviors and performance of hydraulic control until at overall transmission level. 4. Overseeing the assembly and installation of hydraulic components ensuring compliance and design specifications and industry standards. Qualifications and Education Requirements 1. Bachelors degree in hydraulic/Mechanical engineering or related fields. Masters degree is preferable 2. Min 5 years of experience in working of hydraulic system. (Automative experience is preferable). Preferred Skills / Competencies 1. In-depth knowledge of hydraulic engineering principles and fluid mechanics. 2. Proficiency in using computer aided design (CAD) software and hydraulic modelling software. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to access complex hydraulic system and propose effective solutions. 4. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clints, colleagues and stake holders. 5. Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to hydraulic engineering.

Technical expert in manufacturing engg & NPD_NPI for valves and vales-related products, understanding of technical drawing &how design moves from drawing board to manufacturing at lowest cost. good knowledge of design for manufacturing,tooling needed Required Candidate profile BE-Mechanical with 5-6 yrs experience in Manufacturing Engineering with Acturator/Valve Industry. Good knowledge of how machining, solenoid coils, welding/testing criteria for valve related products.

Role & responsibilities Education: Min. B.E - Mechanical Engineering from a four-year college or university. Experience: 2-4 years applicable experience in the development, design, and testing of complex mechanical or Pneumatic components and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of fluidic control valves, solenoid valves, directional control valves, and/or hydraulic & pneumatic actuators.
