Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in DELHI The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Key tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting with potential clients, demonstrating product benefits, negotiating contracts, and managing customer relationships. The Area Sales Manager will also provide sales forecasts and reports, collaborate with the marketing team, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications 1-2+ years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably in orthopedics or spinal implants . Strong knowledge of orthopedic and spinal implants, surgical instruments, and healthcare products Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Experience in managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
