Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar projects from design to commissioning. Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and risk management plans. Ensure timely project completion in line with contractual and technical requirements. Manage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, procurement, civil and electrical execution teams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project delivery. Conduct regular progress meetings and ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders. Resolve conflicts, delays, or technical challenges effectively. Review and approve design drawings, technical specifications, and construction methodologies. Ensure compliance with relevant standards Monitor site construction for adherence to quality and design specifications. Support procurement planning and vendor evaluation in coordination with supply chain teams. Manage project costs, identify variations, and control budget overruns Enforce quality assurance and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards at project site. Prepare periodic project progress reports, dashboards, and financial summaries. Maintain documentation for change orders, claims, and project closure. Lead final handover and performance guarantee documentation.
