We manage a wide range of responsibilities and processes for the banking services we provide to our partners. Collaborating closely with Tech, Product, and Compliance teams, as well as third-party providers, our primary goal is to ensure smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high service standards. Your primary contribution will be to support with daily credit card procedures, with a particular focus on efficiently handling chargebacks. Your Role Process chargebacks for both consumer and unauthorized disputes, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution. Manage tickets and incidents promptly, escalating to senior stakeholders when necessary. Collaborate with Fraud Prevention, AFC (Anti-Financial Crime), and relevant teams to achieve team KPIs and objectives. Your mission will be to detect and prevent card fraud for our credit and debit card portfolios.
