Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Solar Technician with a strong background in rooftop solar installation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting rooftop solar systems at residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Key Responsibilities: Installation of rooftop solar PV systems, including mounting structures, panels, and electrical components Wiring, cabling, and connection of inverters, junction boxes, and other system components Routine maintenance and servicing of rooftop solar systems Identifying and resolving issues related to system performance or electrical faults Ensuring all work is done following safety standards and industry best practices Documentation of site work, photos, and installation reports Requirements: ITI diploma in Electrical / Fitter / Electronics (or equivalent trade) Minimum 1 year of field experience in rooftop solar installation Sound knowledge of electrical systems, solar components, and installation tools Ability to work on rooftops, follow safety protocols, and use PPE Comfortable with site travel and working at heights Preferred Skills: Experience with various mounting structures and inverter brands Basic understanding of net metering and system monitoring Good communication skills and a team player attitude Benefits: Travel allowance Opportunity for growth in the clean energy sector Training and upskilling support Click on "Apply" or send your resume/WhatsApp your details to 9673559595.
