Job Description – Solar Store In-charge

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate stock levels of solar panels, inverters, cables, and other components.
• Record daily receipts, consumption, and transfers of materials.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Procurement & Logistics
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Verify materials against purchase orders and quality standards.
• Organize storage layout for efficient access and safety.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain records , issue slips, and stock registers.
• Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management.
• Support billing and reconciliation with procurement and finance teams.
• Team & Compliance
• Supervise store assistants and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Implement safety protocols for handling electrical and solar equipment.
• Ensure practices and proper tagging of materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
