Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer – Civil with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project execution and supervision. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in interpreting construction drawings, managing site activities, and ensuring quality and safety standards at all stages of the project. Key Responsibilities:Execute and supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings and project schedule. Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Prepare and review Civil Estimations, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and quantity take-offs. Monitor and ensure adherence to quality control standards (IS codes / CPWD norms). Manage materials, labor resources, and subcontractor coordination efficiently. Conduct daily site inspections and maintain work progress records. Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), resource tracking, and maintain site documentation. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols on site. Identify and report any deviations or issues to the Project Manager for corrective measures. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and architects during site visits and audits. Support in leveling, surveying, layout, and execution as needed. Oversee proper storage, handling, and inventory management of materials. Assist in documentation and billing processes as per project requirements.
