As a Solar PV Roofer, you will play a crucial role in installing a range of Solar and Storage solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service during installations in customers" homes. Each visit presents a unique challenge, and we take pride in providing top-notch service in the field. We are seeking experienced Solar PV roofers to join our expanding Solutions Installation teams across various locations including Cambridge, Peterborough, Norwich, Colchester, Oxford, Reading, Bath, Swansea, and Gloucester. Upon starting, you will undergo an induction program to familiarize yourself with E.ON's operations. You will be equipped with a company van, tools, uniform, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to support you in your role. Additionally, there are opportunities for career advancement within our organization, with many install teams progressing to become specialists and team leaders. In return for your contributions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 32,514 to 35,150, depending on working hours. To excel in this role, you will need to possess detailed knowledge of residential roofing materials and constructions, practical experience in domestic solar PV installations, and valid safety qualifications such as Working at Height training. A willingness to travel across the UK, a full clean UK Driving Licence, and excellent customer service skills are also essential requirements.
