Job Title: Project Coordinator – Solar (Ground Mount)

Location: Head Office - Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 2–4 years in solar project coordination (preferably ground-mounted systems)

Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-mounted solar projects. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and site personnel to ensure timely and compliant project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar projects from initiation to commissioning
• Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines using project management tools
• Liaise with procurement, civil, and electrical teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain documentation for statutory compliance (ESIC, GST, labor laws, etc.)
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-ground issues
• Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders
• Support in vendor evaluation and contract management
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree Electrical in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in solar project coordination (ground mount preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of solar EPC processes and regulatory compliance
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
