Solar Panel Cleaning & Service Helper

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead electrician with all aspects of solar installation, including carrying equipment, setting up ladders, and preparing work areas.
• Take the lead in safely and effectively cleaning solar panels to maximize efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and visual inspections on systems.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Some experience in construction or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Must have a two-wheeler for transportation to and from job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
